responsibilities –
• solid knowledge of online marketing tools and hands on experience in sem, google analytics, tag manager, crm software, marketing database, email, and social media.
• develop and manage the execution of compelling, forward - thinking marketing strategies across real estate domain.
• oversee and understand multiple campaigns while analytical and strategic mindset from a day to day standpoint.
• designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns on google, facebook, youtube, quora, linkedin, and twitter.
• ability to run native ads on publisher platforms.
• evaluate important metrics to increase our website traffic, search words/keywords, and target audience.
• identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
• utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
• brainstorm new and creative growth strategies. instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
• measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (roi and kpis).
• create a pipeline of high-value direct performance campaigns.
• monitor delivery results regularly to ensure monthly revenue targets are achieved.
• collaborate with internal and external cross-functional teams to drive priorities.
• work closely with the delivery team to ensure delivery of all campaigns as per clients’ requirements.
• weekly reporting to management.
• remain up-to-date with industry trends and look for innovative ways to approach new business
