Roles and Responsibilities Sourcing business and achieve the assigned targets Branch leads, Open Market leads etc. Interacting with the customers and explain the product features, terms, etc. Manage relationship with Customers & ensure customer satisfaction. Be accountable for end to end pre and post loan documentation, with the customer. Executing activities / events from time to time to augment business efforts. Be responsible for daily update of leads / lead tracking on CRM software. Ensuring the prescribed guidelines are followed and lay down processes in execution of your responsibilities. Good convincing skills Consistence performance in business growth for new clients & existing clients is a must. Recruiting and training sub ordinates for performance improvements and meeting company targets. Generating Cross Sell leads of other Products through Self Sourcing /ReferralCommunication : Should have excellent communication & convincing skills in English , Hindi / Telugu.We prefer candidates with sales & business development . We may prefer from banking/ Financial services but it is not compulsory . . We can take from other industries if the candidates have good experience in Business Development / Sales.
