1. recruitment of business partners/associates: -

o identify potential business partners who meet the company's criteria and align with its brand values.

o develop and execute strategies to attract qualified candidates, including tele-callings with personal networking and meetings with leads.

o conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments of prospective business associates to evaluate their suitability and commitment.

2. sales process: -

o guide potential business partners by providing them with detailed information about the business opportunity, business model, investment requirements, and support services.

o negotiate terms of the company agreement, ensuring alignment with company policies and legal requirements.

o coordinate with legal and financial teams to facilitate the sales transaction and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
