Business Development Manager (BDM) Field Sales: Department: Sales & Business Development Location: Pune & Mumbai Experience: 6 Months - 1 Years Qualification: Any Graduate Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive sales growth, generate new business opportunities, and build strong customer relationships. The candidate will be responsible for field sales activities, client acquisition, lead generation, and achieving assigned sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Identify and acquire new customers through field visits and direct sales activities. Generate leads and convert prospects into business opportunities. Conduct meetings and presentations with potential clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers. Follow up on leads and ensure timely closure of sales opportunities. Required Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets. Knowledge of field sales and business development activities. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
