2. responsibilities & duties:
● conducting a thorough data analysis of clients' information by doing data research work via google, b2b portals, directories, association groups, etc., and maintaining all data collation in spreadsheets.
● generate the new leads conversion and share process details via voice call, whatsup msg, email, sms, etc.
● calling existing and prospective clients to complete the full & final payment process and close the deals.
● accurately record and maintain the details of clients in crm.
● generating promising leads for the outside sales team or do the cross-selling with reference to pursue.
● continually meeting or exceeding daily, weekly and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.
● developing and sustaining solid relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
3. requirements & skills:
● having a good basic knowledge of computers to operate daily work.
● good communication skills in hindi & english both with verbal & writing skills.
● coordinate with team and provide proper guidance to other teammates.
● must have good telephonic conversation skills.
