Accurately record and maintain the details of clients in CRM. Generating promising leads for the outside sales team or do the cross-selling with reference to pursue. Continually meeting or exceeding daily, weekly and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales. Developing and sustaining solid relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.3. Requirements & Skills: Having a good basic knowledge of computers to operate daily work. Good communication skills in Hindi & English both with verbal & writing skills. Coordinate with team and provide proper guidance to other teammates. Must have good telephonic conversation skills.
