Job Description

roles and responsibilities:

• conduct cold calling to identify and connect with potential clients.

• generate leads through various sources, including online platforms and networking.

• schedule and attend client meetings to understand their property requirements.

• achieve sales targets through an aggressive and proactive approach.

• conduct sales presentations and site visits for prospective buyers.

• build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

• stay updated on real estate market trends, property prices, and competitor activities.

• maintain and update client databases, reports, and sales records.

desired candidate profile:

• excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven personality.

• ability to network and build relationships with potential clients.

• exposure to primary sales (preferred but not mandatory).

• must be presentable and professional in appearance and behavior.

additional requirements:

• bike or 4-wheeler for client meetings and site visits.

• willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced sales environment.
