Hiring For Sales Executive – Business Development

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Sales Executive - Business Development to drive client acquisition and business growth. In this office-based role, you will interact with PhD scholars, researchers, educational institutions, and professionals to understand their research requirements and recommend suitable research guidance and technical services. This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy communication, negotiation, and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and qualify business leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other professional platforms.

Understand client requirements and present appropriate research and technical solutions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Conduct regular follow-ups to convert leads into successful business opportunities.

Coordinate with the Technical and CRM teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and project execution.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.

Achieve monthly sales, client acquisition, and revenue targets.

Stay updated on market trends and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

MBA/BBA or any Bachelor's Degree.

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Excellent English communication and presentation skills.

Strong negotiation, convincing, and interpersonal skills.

Target-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
