Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue through influencer marketing campaigns.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sales mindset, and understanding of digital/influencer marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold outreach, networking, and inbound leads.
Build and maintain relationships with brands, agencies, and marketing decision-makers.
Pitch influencer marketing solutions tailored to client marketing goals.
Understand client requirements and collaborate with the campaign and influencer teams to create proposals.
Prepare and present campaign strategies, proposals, and cost estimates.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly revenue targets.
Track leads and sales activities using CRM tools.
Stay updated with social media trends, influencers, and industry developments.
Ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and long-term partnerships.
Required Skills

Basic understanding of Influencer Marketing / Social Media Marketing
Ability to build client relationships and trust
Self-motivated and target-oriented
Good knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, and creator ecosystem
