Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and street-smart BDE who can find leads, engage with prospects, and close deals from start to finish. This position is ideal for someone who values ownership and understands the complete sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and source leads from various channels (LinkedIn, databases, referrals, etc.)
- Cold calling and cold emailing to generate qualified leads
- Understand customer needs and confidently pitch Soda Skools offerings
- Follow up, negotiate, and independently close deals
- Maintain and update leads, conversations, and closures in CRM
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
What Were Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in Business Development/Sales
- Strong experience in cold calling, cold emailing, and lead generation
- Proven ability to close deals independently
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Experience in the EdTech industry is a significant advantage
