Job Summary
We are looking for a highly driven Business Development Executive who can build, expand, and scale the business by generating new leads, closing deals, developing partnerships, and driving revenue growth in the education and training sector. The ideal candidate should have strong sales acumen, relationship-building skills, and a strategic mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the education & training market.
Generate leads through calls, meetings, referrals, and digital channels.
Pitch courses, training programs, and institutional offerings to prospects.
Close deals with students, corporate clients, institutions, and partners.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Develop partnerships with schools, colleges, corporates, and franchises.
Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and commercial negotiations.
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and growth targets.
Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales performance reports.
Coordinate with marketing, operations, and academic teams for smooth execution.

46 years of experience in Business Development / Sales, preferably in Education, Training, EdTech, or Services.

Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.
MBA / PGDM or Post Graduate Diploma preferred.
Local candidate from Kolkata or nearby areas preferred.
