responsibilities:
increase market share through higher penetration and awareness of hospital services.
establish and maintain strong referral networks with general practitioners, doctors, psu, mncs, and corporate organizations to generate leads.
organize and participate in doctors’ meetings, cmes, and other medical outreach initiatives.
identify, connect, and build relationships with potential customers and referral sources.
develop and implement marketing strategies to increase patient footfall.
monitor, track, and report on all generated leads, ensuring timely follow-up and closure.
maintain and update a monthly sales/marketing database for tracking performance and opportunities.
maintain continuous engagement with existing customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns and sales activities.
achieve sales targets by managing client relationships and exploring new business opportunities.
skills & experience:
minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the pharma/healthcare sector.
strong expertise in referral marketing and networking with general practitioners and healthcare professionals.
proven ability to generate leads and convert them into increased patient visits.
good knowledge of sales management and marketing strategy development.
proficient in maintaining and using sales databases for performance tracking.
excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently
