key responsibilities:
1. research and identify prospective clients including authors, entrepreneurs, and thought leaders
2. conduct initial outreach via calls, emails, linkedin, and other channels to introduce our services
3. qualify leads and schedule meetings with senior consultants for detailed discussions
4. maintain accurate client information, pipelines, and follow-up schedules in crm and internal tools
5. assist in preparing client briefs and conducting background research for the senior team
6. track outreach activities and share weekly reports on meetings scheduled
7. stay updated on industry trends in publishing, ghostwriting, and author branding
other requirements
1. bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, publishing, or related field
2. 0–1 year of experience in business development, client coordination, or lead
3. generation
4. strong verbal and written communication in english
5. organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple follow-ups
6. comfortable using crm tools, excel, and outreach platforms
7. prior experience in publishing, content services, or creative industries
8. experience in linkedin lead generation or client prospecting.
