job summary:
we are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy business development executive/manager to drive b2b sales and b2c sales of our software solutions. the ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the software sales cycle, be comfortable managing complex sales processes, and possess the ability to build long-term client relationships. youll be responsible for identifying opportunities, conducting product demos, and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
key responsibilities:
identify and develop new business opportunities for our software products.
understand client requirements and present appropriate solutions through product demos and consultations.
manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing.
develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
maintain crm records and provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports.
collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
required skills & qualifications:
2-8 years of experience in software or saas sales (b2b preferred).
strong understanding of software solutions, cloud platforms, and saas business models.
excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
familiarity with crm tools (., sap, zoho).
ability to understand and articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field (preferred).
