Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills and a proven track record in building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels (cold calling, email campaigns, networking, etc.)

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.

Present our services to clients and provide customized solutions based on their needs.

Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and company goals.

Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and stay up to date with industry trends.

Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product development, etc.) to create and execute business strategies.

Prepare proposals, presentations, and reports for potential clients.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
