Role Overview
We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Associates to support the growth of our IT services vertical. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about technology sales and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
You will be responsible for lead generation, client acquisition, relationship management, and driving revenue growth, primarily focusing on B2B IT sales.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the complete sales cycle: lead qualification, pitching, negotiation, and closure
* Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities for IT services and solutions
* Engage with potential clients through calls, emails, meetings, presentations, and demos
* Work on B2B IT sales across corporates, startups, enterprises, and partners
* Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions
* Achieve individual and team sales targets (monthly & quarterly)
* Maintain accurate sales pipeline and reports using CRM tools
* Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, technical, operations) for smooth execution
