qualifications and skills

education:

bachelors degree in business administration, finance, real estate, or a related field.

experience:

13 years of experience in business development, sales, or investor relations (preferably in real estate or financial services).

skills:

strong communication and interpersonal skills.

ability to analyze market data and present insights effectively.

self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.

strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
