role summary:

the business development associate will assist in generating leads, supporting the sales process, and conducting market research to drive business growth. this entry-level role requires minimum 12th pass qualification and possession of a two wheeler and laptop for effective field and office work.

key responsibilities:

identify and engage potential clients to generate leads.

provide clients with accurate property information.

conduct market research and competitor analysis.

schedule and follow-up on meetings and calls to nurture leads.

maintain crm data and collaborate with sales team.

qualifications & skills:

minimum education: 12th pass.

must own a two wheeler and laptop.

strong communication skills in english and hindi.

basic real estate market knowledge.

proficient in ms office and crm tools.

self-motivated and goal-oriented.
