key responsibilities
identify and connect with companies that require transport vehicles for their daily or monthly dispatches
generate new leads through visits, calls, social media outreach, and industry networking
build and maintain relationships with manufacturers, freight forwarders, logistics firms, and dispatch managers
understand client requirements related to vehicle types, lanes, frequency, and load categories
coordinate initial discussions between clients and our operations team
work towards securing repeat transport orders and long-term contracts
maintain basic lead tracking through google sheets or crm tools
