Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and well-connected Business Development Executive to help us expand our client base in the transport and logistics sector. If you have strong industry contacts or experience dealing with manufacturers, industrial clients, or dispatch teams, this role offers excellent earning potential through a transparent commission structure.

Key Responsibilities

€¢ Identify and connect with companies that require transport vehicles for their daily or monthly dispatches

€¢ Generate new leads through visits, calls, social media outreach, and industry networking

€¢ Build and maintain relationships with manufacturers, freight forwarders, logistics firms, and dispatch managers

€¢ Understand client requirements related to vehicle types, lanes, frequency, and load categories

€¢ Coordinate initial discussions between clients and our operations team

€¢ Work towards securing repeat transport orders and long-term contracts

€¢ Maintain basic lead tracking through Google Sheets or CRM tools

Who This Role Is Ideal For

€¢ Candidates with experience in transport, logistics, industrial supply, freight forwarding, or related B2B sales

€¢ Individuals with an existing network of manufacturers or dispatch coordinators

Skills & Requirements

€¢ Must be reliable, committed, and motivated to close deals

€¢ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
