This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Associate at Vishnu Prasad Research Centre. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including generating leads, building relationships with clients, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop sales strategies and contribute to business growth.
Qualifications
€¢ Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the technology or research industry
€¢ Strong negotiation and communication skills
€¢ Ability to build and maintain client relationships
€¢ Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
€¢ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
€¢ Approach and generate new leads from the Company, self-generated leads and leads generated from distribution partners.
€¢ Maintain relationships with prospective clients to ensure clients€™ long-term commitment and facilitate future business.
€¢ Maintain relationships with current and prospective customers to make sure their needs are mapped.
€¢ Attend to queries with information regarding products€™ features, and generate potential leads & Business
€¢ Goal-oriented and self-motivated
€¢ Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
€¢ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
