key responsibilities:

lead generation: identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and market research.

client relations: build and maintain strong client relationships; understand and meet client needs.

sales strategy: develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets; prepare and deliver proposals.

market analysis: monitor market trends and competitors; report on sales performance.

collaboration: work with marketing and event planning teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful event execution.

qualifications:

bachelors degree in business, marketing, or related field.

experience in business development or sales, preferably in event management only.

strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
