Job Description

The Branch Officer in Axis Bank is responsible for handling daily branch operations, customer service, account opening, and supporting sales activities. The role focuses on maintaining smooth branch functioning and building strong customer relationships.

๐Ÿงพ Operational Responsibilities

Handle customer queries and provide banking solutions

Assist in account opening (Savings, Current, FD, RD)

Maintain branch documentation and records

Support cash and non-cash banking operations

Ensure compliance with bank policies and RBI guidelines

Manage customer service desk and branch coordination

๐Ÿ’ผ Sales & Business Responsibilities

Promote bank products (CASA, Loans, Insurance, Credit Cards)

Cross-sell banking and financial products

Generate leads and support business growth

Build relationships with new and existing customers

Achieve monthly branch targets

๐Ÿ‘ฅ Customer Service Responsibilities

Provide professional customer support

Handle customer complaints and resolve issues

Maintain high service standards in the branch

Ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Any Graduate / Post Graduate

Good communication skills

Basic banking knowledge preferred

Freshers & experienced candidates can apply
