**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Data Entry:** Accurately input and maintain data in our systems, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and correct. This helps the team make informed decisions based on reliable data.
- **Document Management:** Organize and manage physical and electronic documents, ensuring they are accessible to team members when needed. This includes filing, scanning, and archiving records.
- **Communication Support:** Assist in internal and external communications, such as responding to emails or forwarding inquiries to the appropriate departments to facilitate smooth information flow.
- **Inventory Management:** Help monitor supplies and inventory levels, placing orders when necessary. This ensures that the team has the resources needed to function effectively.
