Job Title: Area Sales Officer (ASO)

Location: Assam, Sikkim, Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland, Meghalaya, Odisha (Baripada), transferable PAN India

Salary: Up to ₹45,000/month CTC

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue goals.

Manage regional P&L, providing regular updates to HQ.

Lead and mentor sales teams to align with company objectives.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities for growth opportunities.

Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Monitor sales performance and provide improvement strategies.

Optimize sales budgets and conduct team training.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for strategic alignment.

Conduct field visits to understand market challenges and competition.

Eligibility:

Bachelor’s degree (Business Management preferred).

Minimum 3 years of sales experience (new product launches, market development).

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in local languages and MS Office.

Two-wheeler and valid driving license required.

Experience in Assam sales is advantageous.
