Job Description:
We are looking for dynamic and driven individuals to join our Marketing and Sales team across various states. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in sales and marketing within the edible oil industry and a proven track record of driving growth in their respective regions.
Key Responsibilities:
€¢ Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase market share and achieve sales targets in the edible oil industry
€¢ Identify and pursue new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
€¢ Conduct market research to understand regional market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
€¢ Promote our range of edible oil products through various marketing channels, including digital marketing, trade shows, and in-store promotions
€¢ Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products
€¢ Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management
€¢ Monitor and manage budgets for marketing and sales activities
€¢ Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or complaints
€¢ Travel within the assigned region to meet with clients and attend industry events
Qualifications:
€¢ Bachelor€™s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
€¢ Proven experience in sales and marketing within the edible oil or related food industry
€¢ Strong understanding of regional markets and customer preferences
€¢ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
€¢ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
€¢ Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
€¢ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
€¢ Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
