pcc popular seeks a driven and results-oriented area sales manager (asm) to join our dynamic team (home-based!). leverage your existing network and build new connections to sell our consumer electronics to distributors across 5 neighboring cities within your home territory.

responsibilities:

- manage existing distributors and develop new ones in your assigned cities. (former distributor connections highly preferred and can shorten probation!)

- negotiate and close sales deals with distributors.

- develop and implement sales strategies to achieve ambitious targets.

- monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.

- prepare accurate sales reports.

qualifications:

- minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales (preferably b2b).

- strong understanding of wholesale/retail sales and distribution channels.

- excellent relationship-building and communication skills.

- excellent negotiation and closing skills.

- strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- self-motivated and results-oriented.

- proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

- existing connections with distributors in consumer electronics (a major advantage!).

- 6-month probation with target-based salary structure.
