Job Summary
The Area Sales Manager (ASM) will be responsible for driving franchise sales, expanding market presence, and increasing company revenue within the assigned territory. The role involves acquiring new franchise partners for gold, diamond, and silver retail stores and onboarding investors interested in gold-based investment opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, approach, and convert potential buyers for gold, diamond, and silver store franchises.
Generate leads through market visits, referrals, networking, and business connections.
Conduct franchise presentations, meetings, and negotiations with prospective clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly franchise sales targets.
Identify and engage investors interested in gold investment opportunities.
Explain investment models, returns, and company offerings clearly to investors.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners and investors.
Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Qualification & Experience
Graduate / MBA in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
37 years of experience in franchise sales, investment sales, or luxury retail.
