The role involves acquiring new franchise partners for gold, diamond, and silver retail stores and onboarding investors interested in gold-based investment opportunities.Key Responsibilities Identify, approach, and convert potential buyers for gold, diamond, and silver store franchises. Generate leads through market visits, referrals, networking, and business connections. Conduct franchise presentations, meetings, and negotiations with prospective clients. Achieve monthly and quarterly franchise sales targets. Identify and engage investors interested in gold investment opportunities. Explain investment models, returns, and company offerings clearly to investors. Analyze market trends and competitor activities. Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners and investors. Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular reports. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.Required Skills & Competencies Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills Excellent communication and presentation abilities Knowledge of franchise sales and investment products Target-driven and result-oriented mindset Ability to travel extensively within the assigned areaQualification & ExperienceGraduate / MBA in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.37 years of experience in franchise sales, investment sales, or luxury retail.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Number of franchise sales closed Total investment value generated Revenue growth in assigned territory Market expansion and brand visibility
