Area Sales Manager (4-8 Years)

We are looking for an Area Sales Manager located in Guwahati to lead our sales efforts in the region. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 8 years of experience in sales management and possess strong leadership qualities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive Sales Growth: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue within the assigned area by identifying new customer opportunities and maximizing existing relationships.

- Manage Sales Team: Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their sales targets and improve their performance.

- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor strategies to inform sales tactics and ensure a competitive edge.

- Build Customer Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and enhance long-term partnerships.

- Monitor Performance: Track sales metrics and analyze performance against targets, making adjustments as necessary to meet or exceed expected outcomes.

- Report Preparation: Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for management to review progress, highlight challenges, and propose solutions.
