Job Description

As an Airport Ticketing Staff member, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth ticketing operations at Jammu Airport. You will assist passengers with their ticket purchases and manage travel inquiries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Ticket Sales**: Assist customers in booking tickets, explaining travel options, and completing transactions accurately and promptly.

- **Customer Service**: Address passenger inquiries and resolve concerns regarding flights, schedules, and ticket policies, ensuring a positive travel experience.

- **Documentation**: Process necessary documentation, such as boarding passes and travel itineraries, while adhering to airline policies.

- **Coordination**: Collaborate with other airport staff to ensure seamless service delivery and timely responses to passenger needs.

- **Sales Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of ticket sales and submit daily sales reports as required by management.

Required Skills and Expectations:
