Job Summary:

Airport Ground Staff are responsible for assisting passengers, handling airport operations, ensuring smooth check-in and boarding procedures, baggage handling coordination, and providing excellent customer service while maintaining safety and security standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist passengers during check-in and boarding process

Verify passenger tickets, IDs, and travel documents

Handle baggage tagging and luggage-related queries

Guide passengers regarding flight timings, gates, and airport procedures

Support arrival and departure operations

Coordinate with airline staff and airport authorities

Handle customer complaints professionally

Ensure safety and security protocols are followed

Assist senior citizens, disabled passengers, and VIP travelers

Maintain records and operational reports

Required Skills:

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Basic computer knowledge

Customer service handling ability

Problem-solving skills

Professional appearance and behavior

Ability to work in rotational shifts

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

Age Limit: 18 to 32 Years
