We are looking for an enthusiastic Airport Terminal Services Agent to join our team in Jabalpur, India. This full-time position is ideal for individuals with a passion for customer service and a desire to work in the aviation y Responsibilities:nn- Customer Assistance: You will help passengers with check-in procedures, boarding, and other inquiries, ensuring they have a smooth and pleasant travel - Luggage Handling: Responsible for managing and guiding luggage from check-in to loading, ensuring that all bags are properly tagged and - Information Services: Provide accurate flight information and updates to passengers, helping them navigate the terminal and understand airport - Safety Compliance: Follow all safety regulations and airport protocols, ensuring a safe environment for travelers and - Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and airport staff to coordinate services and address passenger needs quired Skills and Expectations:nnCandidates should have completed their 12th grade and possess strong communication skills to interact effectively with passengers and team members. A customer-focused attitude and the ability to handle multiple tasks are essential. We also value a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment, as well as a commitment to providing excellent service at all times. Experience in customer service is a plus, but not necessary, as training will be provided.
