As an Airport Ground Staff member in Manali, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth airport operations. This position is suitable for individuals with 0 to 5 years of experience who have completed their 12th grade. nnKey Responsibilities:nn- Passenger Assistance: Help passengers with check-in, boarding, and baggage handling to ensure a pleasant travel n- Check-in and Boarding Procedures: Facilitate the check-in process at counters, verify documents, and provide boarding passes while maintaining efficiency and - Baggage Management: Handle luggage with care, ensuring that all bags are loaded and unloaded safely and - Communication: Coordinate with flight crew and other ground staff to ensure that all flight information is conveyed clearly and - Customer Service: Address passenger inquiries and concerns, providing helpful responses to enhance customer satisfaction and resolve issues quired Skills and Expectations:nnCandidates should possess strong communication skills to interact effectively with passengers and colleagues. Attention to detail is essential for accurate document verification and baggage handling. An ability to work in a fast-paced environment is necessary, as well as teamwork skills to collaborate with other staff members. A polite and positive attitude is expected, fostering a welcoming atmosphere for all travelers. Flexibility in working hours is important, as airport operations run continuously.
