Join our team as Airport Ground Staff in Lucknow, India. This full-time position is suitable for individuals with 0 to 5 years of experience and requires a minimum educational qualification of 12th pass. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth airport y responsibilities include:nn- Passenger Assistance: Provide help and guidance to passengers at the airport, addressing their inquiries and ensuring a pleasant travel n- Check-in Services: Assist passengers during the check-in process, managing their luggage and ensuring they meet all requirements for - Baggage Handling: Ensure that luggage is handled carefully and delivered to the correct flights, maintaining efficiency and safety at all - Flight Information: Keep passengers updated on flight schedules and any changes, ensuring they are informed and well-prepared for their - Collaboration: Work with other airport staff, including security and cabin crew, to ensure that all operations run smoothly and succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor, as you will be interacting with passengers daily.
