We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our team in Ghatkopar, Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience and a background in accounting or finance, preferably in a CA firm. This full-time position requires a strong commitment to accuracy and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- **Data Entry:** Accurately input financial data into accounting software, ensuring all transactions are recorded timely and correctly.
- **Account Reconciliation:** Assist in reconciling bank statements and ledgers to identify discrepancies and resolve any issues quickly.
- **Invoicing:** Prepare and issue invoices to clients while tracking payments and following up on outstanding invoices.
- **Report Generation:** Support the finance team by preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports, providing insights on revenue and expenses.
- **Administrative Support:** Help maintain organized financial records and documentation, assisting in audits when necessary.
Required Skills and Expectations:
Candidates should have a graduate degree in finance or accounting and ideally possess 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel is essential.
