BHM Traders is looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to lead our finance and accounting operations in the Maldives. This role is ideal for a qualified finance professional with strong leadership skills and hands-on experience in end-to-end accounting and compliance.

🔑 Key Requirements

CFA / CA / CPA / ACCA or Master€™s in Finance / Accounting

Minimum 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance (managerial exposure preferred)

Strong knowledge of IFRS, audits, and statutory compliance

Mandatory experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365

Experience in FMCG / Trading / Retail industry is an advantage

📊 Key Responsibilities

Oversee full accounting operations (AP, AR, GL, payroll, cash flow)

Manage banking relationships, multi-currency accounts, and reconciliations

Supervise MIRA tax compliance and statutory filings

Lead budgeting, forecasting, CAPEX planning, and financial analysis

Provide strategic financial insights to management
