job summary:

we are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven account executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance activities. the ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of tally erp, gst, tds, and mis reporting, with the ability to handle end-to-end accounting functions efficiently.

key responsibilities:

manage daily accounting operations, including data entry, ledger maintenance, and journal entries.

prepare and maintain books of accounts, bank reconciliation statements, and financial reports.

handle gst filing, tds returns, and other statutory compliance.

assist in monthly closing activities and preparation of profit & loss and balance sheets.

coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.

maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, and receivables.

support management in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

ensure timely submission of reports and adherence to company financial policies.

required skills and competencies:

proficiency in tally erp / sap / zoho books / quickbooks.

strong knowledge of gst, tds, and accounting principles (ind as / ifrs preferred).

excellent command of ms excel and ability to prepare analytical mis reports.

strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.

ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
