Job Description

Assist in day-to-day accounting operations, including data entry, invoice processing, and ledger maintenance.

Prepare and maintain financial documents such as vouchers, bills, receipts, and bank statements.

Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.

Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Maintain records of financial transactions by posting and verifying.

Support in the preparation of GST, TDS, and other tax-related filings.

Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments for account-related queries.

Ensure all financial records are complete and filed properly.

Support audits by providing necessary documentation and records.

Perform other administrative and accounting-related tasks as assigned.
