this is a full-time, on-site role based in noida for an academic counsellor. the academic counsellor will be responsible for guiding students and advising them on academic programs, assisting in career planning, and offering support to ensure their success. daily tasks include conducting counseling sessions, analyzing academic performance, addressing student concerns, and collaborating with faculty to provide tailored educational pathways. the academic counsellor will also ensure students are informed about opportunities, deadlines, and resources available.

advising and counseling experience or aptitude for working with students and guiding them academically

organizational and time-management skills to support multiple students effectively

ability to analyze academic data and provide tailored recommendations

proficiency in tools and software commonly used for education and academic tracking

passion for education and a commitment to positively impacting student success

academic counseling experience or a background in education is preferred

bachelor's degree in education, psychology, or a related discipline is required
