Responsibilities & Duties- Understand Enquiry Received From Client W.R.T Technical And Details Required For Costing. Prepare Heat Load Calculations For Chilled Water, Ventilation Project As Well As VRFProject, Develop Schematic For Proposed System Including High Side And Low Side, Develop P & ID, Develop BOQ As Per P & ID And Schematic In Line With Technical Details, Write System Proposals And Case Studies, Prepare Accurate Costing, Proposing Alternate Solutions Creating Quotations/Offers In Response To Customer Inquiries Helping Sales Team In Positioning In An Enquiry Technical Discussion with Customer / Consultant. Good Written And Communication Skill.

1. Experience in mechanical HVAC Industry.2. Independently handled site as project in charge.3. Must be well computer literate. Knowledge of MS office & MS projects is must.4. Should have hands on experience of scheduling, planning, cost control.5. Have handled client / PMC independently without much senior support.6. Technically sound. Have knowledge of Designing.7. Good communication skills and command over English.8. Timely Billing to client and collections to maintain positive cash flow.9. Managing contract & contractor at site.10. Maintaining Quality construction with required speed.11. Handling weekly/Monthly review meetings with client, PMC and contractors independently.

Roles & ResponsibilitiesKnow overall management of business aspects of the company. Achieve yearly sales volume and revenue targets at the required probability parameters decided by the management. Recommend and implement business development plans. Take corrective actions where and when needed in matters of Business Development. Identify clienteles needs and industry trends to constantly update TDFs offering of innovative, high quality, and cost effective range of products and services. Determine and develop customer segments that meet profitability and risk profiles set by the given company objectives. To contribute the raising of the overall professionalisms in the company. To monitor customer satisfaction levels on terms of products quality and speedof delivery.
