RESPONSIBILITY :Familiarizing yourself with products offered by our company.Procuring new leads through direct contact or market researchAttend meeting for new salesCrafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from leads.Sales conversationWill study competition products & services & accordingly at repeated intervals bring innovation in product positioning & brandingMaintaining and developing a client base to generate new businessREQUIREMENT :Minimum GraduationMinimum 6 month ExperienceNeat, well-groomed appearance.Great networking skills.Resourceful with outstanding research skills.Emboldened by challenges.Salary CTC : 2.5 LPA to 3 LPA + Upto 25K incentive/month

Responsible for calling Insurance companies (in US) on behalf of doctors/physicians and follow up on outstanding Accounts Receivable.To prioritize the pending claims for calling from the aging basket.Should be able to convince the claims company (payers) for payment of their outstanding claims.To check the appropriateness of the insurance information given by the patient if it is inadequate or unclear.To make a physical call by following the international norms and applicable rules for confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.Escalate difficult collection situations to management in a timely manner.Review provider claims that have not been paid by insurance companies.Handling patients billing queries and updating their account information.Post cash and write off the contractual adjustments accordingly while working on the accounts.Meeting daily/weekly and monthly targets set for an individual.

-Need to do the process over chat.-Communicate with customer in real time and resolve the issues for any services.-Client support handling.-Handling customer queries on web chat emails.-Maintain accurate customer records.*Skills* Good typing speed over computer 25 to 30 WPM[Word per minute] Basic knowledge of MS Office[Word , Excel] Average Communication skills in English.Salary 19000 to 27000 / PM
