We are looking for a customer support consultant to handle queries from customers and provide support to them. You will be required to work in a time-bound environment and ensure that customer service is provided to its best quality.Work Responsibilities Identify the needs of customers, resolve issues, and provide solutions. Handle inbound and outbound calls to customers. Cross-selling other products wherever possible. Maintain good customer relations. Meet personal targets and work towards meeting team targets. Maintain records of the conversations with the customer and analyze the data. Write and submit timely reports on performance, targets, and customer queries.Critical requirements for the role (Must-Haves): Graduate. 0-3 years of experience. Excellent communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular). Must be patient, positive, and professional. Strong customer service skills. Ability to set and meet goals.Candidate attribute (Culture Fit): Entrepreneurial in nature. Agile with a growth mindset. Comfort with an unstructured role and environment that evolves over time.

Maintaining accurate, complete health care records and reports.Administering medications to patients and monitoring them for side effects and reactions.Prescribing assistive medical devices and related treatments.Recording patient vital signs and medical information.Monitoring, reporting, and recording symptoms or changes in patient conditions.Administering non-intravenous medications.Assessing, implementing, planning, or evaluating patient nursing care plans by working with healthcare team members.Modifying patient health treatment plans as indicated by patient conditions and responses.Desired Candidate ProfileRelevant education certifications Bsc Nursing, DGNM (Registered)Basic computer skills.Professional, friendly attitude.Experience in emergency room or intensive care.
