Key Responsibilities:1. Assist in food preparation: Help in preparing ingredients, cutting vegetables, marinating meats, and other tasks to support the chef de partie or senior chefs in the kitchen.2. Maintain cleanliness: Keep workstations clean, organized, and sanitized to ensure food safety standards are met.3. Follow recipes: Follow recipes and cooking procedures provided by the head chef to maintain consistency and quality in food preparation.4. Stock management: Assist in receiving and storing food supplies, rotating stock, and informing senior staff when supplies are running low.5. Learn and develop culinary skills: Learn new cooking techniques, recipes, and presentation styles under the guidance of senior kitchen staff to improve culinary skills.6. Assist in plating: Help in plating dishes in an attractive and appealing manner before they are served to customers.Required Skills and Expectations:1.
