Title: Storyline Developer (with After Effects Expertise)We are seeking a skilled Storyline Developer with a strong background in Adobe After Effects to create engaging, interactive, and visually compelling eLearning content. Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and publish interactive eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline 360.Create visually rich animations, intros, transitions, and motion graphics using Adobe After Effects.Collaborate with Instructional Designers, SMEs, and graphic designers to transform storyboards into engaging eLearning experiences.Integrate audio, video, closed captions, and animations seamlessly within Storyline.Ensure SCORM/xAPI compliance and LMS compatibility.Troubleshoot functionality issues and perform thorough QA testing before final delivery.Maintain and update existing courses based on feedback or learning updates. Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in eLearning development.Proficiency in Articulate Storyline 360.Strong expertise in Adobe After Effects, with a portfolio demonstrating motion design work.Solid understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.Experience working with multimedia assets: voiceovers, animations, closed captions, and graphics.Familiarity with SCORM/xAPI standards and LMS publishing.Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail and deadlines. Preferred Skills:Knowledge of other Adobe Creative Suite tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, or Premiere Pro.Experience with video editing and green screen work.Exposure to HTML5, CSS, or JavaScript is a plus.Experience working in Agile or rapid development environments.
