CAM Programming: Utilize specialized CAM software to generate machine instructions and slicingparameters for 3D printing based on provided digital 3D models.2. File Preparation: Prepare and optimize digital 3D files (STL, OBJ, etc.) for printing, includingscaling, positioning, and adding support structures as necessary.3. Machine Setup: Set up the 3D printing machine, including loading the appropriate materials andconfiguring printing parameters such as layer height, print speed, and temperature.4. Printing Operation: Operate and monitor the 3D printing machine during the printing process,ensuring proper functioning, and making adjustments when required.5. Material Handling: Handle and maintain the inventory of 3D printing materials, including loadingand unloading filament spools or resin cartridges.6. Quality Control: Conduct visual inspections and perform basic quality checks on printed objectsto ensure they meet desired specifications and standards.7. Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot issues that may arise during the 3D printing process,such as filament jams, layer adhesion problems, or print failures.8. Maintenance and Calibration: Perform routine maintenance tasks on the 3D printing machine,including cleaning, lubrication, and calibration, to ensure optimal performance.9. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of printing parameters, material usage, maintenanceactivities, and any modifications made to the printing process.10.
