As a CNC Supervisor, you will oversee the operations of computer numerical control (CNC) machines to ensure

efficient and precise manufacturing processes. You will be responsible for managing a team of CNC operators,

scheduling production runs, maintaining equipment, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality

standards.

Key Responsibilities:

rvision and Leadership:

Lead a team of CNC operators, providing guidance, training, and support as needed. Assign tasks and responsibilities

to team members based on production priorities and individual skill sets. Foster a positive and collaborative work

environment, promoting teamwork and adherence to company policies and procedures.

uction Management:

Develop production schedules and coordinate workflow to meet production targets and customer deadlines.

Monitor machine performance and production output, making adjustments as necessary to optimize efficiency and

minimize downtime. Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure timely

resolution.

ity Assurance:

Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that finished products meet specifications and customer

requirements. Conduct regular inspections of machined parts to identify defects or deviations from standards,

implementing corrective actions as needed. Work closely with quality assurance personnel to address any quality-

related issues and continuously improve processes.

pment Maintenance:

Oversee the maintenance and repair of CNC machines, ensuring that they are properly calibrated and in optimal

working condition. Schedule preventive maintenance activities to minimize equipment downtime and extend

machine lifespan. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to procure spare parts and consumables as needed.

Enforce safety protocols and best practices to prevent accidents and injuries in the workplace. Conduct regular
