Position Title: Outbound Sales ExecutiveJob Summary:Highly motivated outbound sales executive with 2 to 3 years of experience in selling software services. The right candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, closing deals, and achieving sales targets.Key Responsibilities:Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our servicesGenerate new leads and follow up on existing leads to convert them into sales opportunitiesMeet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics on a regular basisBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers and understand their needs and requirementsWork closely with the Delivery Head to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products/servicesUpdate the sales database with accurate information on leads, prospects, and customersKeep abreast of industry trends and competitorsProvide regular reports on sales activities and performance to the Delivery Head.Qualifications and Skills:Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field2-3 years of experience in outbound sales in IT IndustryExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong persuasion and negotiation skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentProficiency in MS Office and any sales softwareProven track record of achieving sales targets and performance metrics

Position: Project ManagerExperience: Around 4-8 Years Location: NoidaWork Mode: HybridJob DescriptionThe desired person will be responsible for delivering end to end projects, on time, on budget, within scope and with quality.
