We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as Picker & Packer in Mumbai. This full-time position requires you to fulfill the following key responsibilities:- **Picking Items**: Accurately select and gather items from the warehouse based on customer orders, ensuring the correct products are chosen.- **Packing Orders**: Carefully pack the picked items into boxes or containers, making sure they are secure and well-organized to prevent damage during transit.- **Labeling Packages**: Apply shipping labels and necessary documentation to each package to ensure proper delivery to customers.- **Inventory Management**: Assist in keeping track of stock levels by noting shortages and reporting them to management for reordering.- **Maintaining Cleanliness**: Keep your workspace organized and free of clutter to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.- **Adhering to Safety Protocols**: Follow all safety procedures and guidelines while handling products and operating equipment, ensuring personal and team safety.Candidates should have the following skills and expectations:- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to carefully follow instructions and pay attention to details to minimize errors in picking and packing.- **Physical Stamina**: Capability to lift and carry heavy items, as the job may require standing for long periods and engaging in physical activity.- **Team Player**: Willingness to work collaboratively with colleagues and support each other to meet daily targets.- **Time Management**: Ability to manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.- **Basic Literacy and Numeracy**: Basic reading, writing, and math skills are necessary to read orders and accurately count items.
