Role and responsibilities :The person would recruit for large IT MNCs for PAN India. This is a pure recruitment profile for Large IT MNCs.(1) Understanding the requirements and research about the client(2) Identify the search criteria ( identify the key words) based on the objective of the position(3) Mass mailing on portals(4) Response management(5) Shortlisting the profiles(5) Interacting with the clients & candidates(6) Achieving the targets.(7) Closing the positions(8) Should take the ownership right from taking the requirements from the Client, searching the best candidates based on the clients requirements, Calling the candidates & taking details and closing the positions and joining of the candidate.
