Role and responsibilities :

The person would recruit for large IT MNCs for PAN India. This is a pure recruitment profile for Large IT MNCs.

(1) Understanding the requirements and research about the client

(2) Identify the search criteria ( identify the key words) based on the objective of the position

(3) Mass mailing on portals

(4) Response management

(5) Shortlisting the profiles

(5) Interacting with the clients & candidates

(6) Achieving the targets.

(7) Closing the positions

(8) Should take the ownership right from taking the requirements from the Client, searching the best candidates based on the clients requirements, Calling the candidates & taking details and closing the positions and joining of the candidate.
